Deub Engineering Solutions has a team of qualified technicians such as; electro-mechanical engineers, welders, fitters, insulators, fabricators, scaffolders, steel erectors, among others. We also train, certify and supply all sorts of industrial labor including specialized personnel such as hot tapping technicians, riggers, X-Ray technicians, corrosion technicians, Health Safety and Environment (HSE) officers, among others.

 

With the above personnel, coupled with our extensive experience in the supply, installation, and maintenance of industrial systems through Eastern and Central Africa, we can undertake a variety of electro-mechanical & industrial engineering installations across Africa. We design, install and maintain steam distribution systems, pressure-reducing stations, condensate return pipe works and lagging, cladding works on steam, and condensate pipework & extraction ducts for incinerators, kitchens, and laundries among others.

Biomass Steam Generation Systems

We have the capacity to optimize steam generation in any plant by utilizing the industrial bio-waste produced from industrial operations.

We design, supply & install vibrating floors, conveyors, deaerators, pump skids, industrial fire tube & water tube boilers, flue gas recovery systems, electrostatic precipitators + associated ducts, valves & instruments.

Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO)  Systems

Reverse osmosis is one of the most popular water filtration systems in use today in the process industry to filter out impurities present in raw water from process water.

At Deub Engineering Solutions, we have the capacity to design, supply, install & maintain RO systems (including raw water tanks, filter feed pumps, multi-media filters, backwash systems, antiscalant dosing systems, micron cartridge filters, low-pressure pumps, RO membrane modules, chemical dosing tanks & product water storage tanks + associated valves, pipes, fittings & instruments) in a variety of industries; be it in foods & beverages, agro-processing, municipal, among others. 

Industrial Heating & Chilling Systems

Adequate heating, cooling & temperature control is absolutely crucial to ensure efficient operations & limit losses in production in the process industry. 

For instance, Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) may need to be heated to a certain temperature for it to be conveyed through pipework. Fresh foods may need to be cooled to a certain temperature in order not to go bad. We have the capacity to design, supply & install industrial cold rooms, industrial freezers & chillers, cooling towers, ammonia & other refrigerant systems, industrial refractories & furnaces, industrial heaters, Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, among others.

Engineering Instrumentation & Monitoring

Instrumentation & Monitoring systems play a key role in ensuring that the structural integrity of most engineering & natural assets is maintained throughout the assets' life.

We are monitoring & instrumentation consultants in Africa, partnering with leading instrument manufacturers to design & install a variety of instruments [viz joint meters, settlement sensors, piezometers, tiltmeters, extensometers, readouts & dataloggers, among others] in the fields of civil & geotechnical engineering, structural health monitoring, and vibration monitoring. We monitor retaining walls, dams, bridges, tunnels, excavations, groundwater, pipelines, etc.

Deub Engineering Solutions has the capacity to design and install; PV ducts, dust & fume extract systems for laboratories, kitchens, factories, basements, and car parks, custom HVAC systems for industrial, domestic, and commercial installations, statutory inspection services for lifting equipment such as hoists, overhead cranes, towers, pallet trolleys, lifting tackles, hydraulic press machines, forklifts, jacks, shackles, eyebolts, slings, among others, standardization and calibration services for fuel tanks, chemical tanks, temperature gauges, flow meters, dipsticks, among other equipment and machines.
